How do I change my email address or password? To change the email address associated with your account, visit your profile page or contact AACN Customer Care. To change your password, visit the following page: Password Recovery

What if I forgot my user name? Your email address is your user name.

Why am I no longer receiving email alerts or electronic tables of contents (eTOCs)? Our new platform requires you to sign up again for email alerts and eTOCs. Visit My Alerts to request email and eTOC alerts.

I did not receive my print copy of the journal. What do I do? Contact AACN Customer Care.

I receive print copies of the journal and would like to switch to digital. What do I do? Visit your profile page and change your Communication Preferences or contact AACN Customer Care.

Following are frequently asked questions for institutional subscribers.

How do I change my email address or password? Information to come. In the meantime, please email subscriptions@aacn.org or call 1-800-394-5995, ext. 532.

How do I add IP address(es)? Please contact your institutional admin to request an IP address to be added to your institution.

How can I retrieve my usage statistics? COUNTER usage statistics are available by logging into the Silverchair site with your institutional administrator credentials. Should you have questions, an instructional PDF is available at https://sitemaster.aacnjournals.org/documents/SiteMasterv6.0InstDashUserGuide.pdf, or you can email AACN Publishing at subscriptions@aacn.org.

If you do not have administrator credentials and would like to request them, please email subscriptions@aacn.org. If you prefer to have someone with AACN Publishing generate your usage report, please make that request by emailing subscriptions@aacn.org.
